Empowering Young Adults to Reach Their Career Goals
I'm from Fairfax, VA, and currently live in Washington D.C. after graduating from William & Mary in 2021. I began my career as a rapid-rehousing social worker for Veterans experiencing homelessness. I then stepped into the government contracting/consulting world where I have worked at 2 different companies. In that short time, I have more than doubled my salary to 6 figures by recognizing the unique value I can bring to a company, when to seek a new role at a different company, and when/how to seek promotions.
Over the years, I've compiled strategies through my own experience and the wisdom I've gained from the experience of countless friends and colleagues going through their early career journeys on how to best navigate and succeed at this career stage.
